Firefox 2.0 officially released

Firefox 2.0 was released this morning, less than an hour ago. It has a lot of new features , some of which include spell-check while typing anything in a textfield in a web page. The other features are phishing check/protection, resuming browsing session in the case of a crash, a close button for each tab on the tab, support for SVG text, etc.

They have packed Extensions and Themes in a new section called Add-Ons, and renamed JavaScript Console to Error Console.

The best thing about this version is that it is faster than any of its predecessors. Give it a shot and download it from the Mozilla site.
